CONNELLY and CWB Warranty
1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: Connelly Skis, CWB Wakeboards, and bindings are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year, see exceptions noted below.
*Excluded in the limited warranty is damage due to misuse, improper care, torn finger holes on bindings, freight damage, handle impact damage and bottom abrasions.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY: If a Connelly Ski or CWB Wakeboard fails due to defective materials or workmanship after the original warranty period, it will, at manufacturer’s option, be replaced at one half the current retail price or repaired at cost. This limited lifetime warranty is in effect for as long as the original owner keeps the ski. It is not transferable. Damage due to misuse or improper care is excluded.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY PERFORMANCE: Please refer to Connelly / CWB return authorization policy.
Skis and Wakeboards returned under this limited warranty will be replaced or repaired at the option of the Connelly factory. To the extent any provision of this warranty is prohibited by federal, state or municipal law and cannot be pre-empted, it shall be applicable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. All Connelly Skis and CWB Wakeboards must be purchased from an authorized Connelly dealer for the warranty to be validated.
*EXCEPTIONS TO 2-YEAR WARRANTY: Honeycomb jumpers are warranted for one year. Honeycomb Jumpers are also covered under the limited lifetime warranty. The Razr and Blackjack Wakesurfers are made of a lightweight construction just like a surfboard and do not have a warranty.
ACCESSORIES
Accessories include vests, bags, ski, and wakeboard covers, swimwear, jackets, tops, hats, t-shirts, and gloves. See separate warranty for tubes. Connelly accessories are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Damage due to misuse or improper care is excluded. For warranty service, refer to Connelly/ CWB return authorization policy.
TUBES
CONNELLY SKIS, INC., Warrants, to the original purchaser only, when their products are used for normal on-the-water recreational purposes, that all Connelly tubes are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Connelly will inspect all warranty claims and in the event of a defect, will repair or replace the defective part(s) or the entire item, at its option. The purchaser must ship the product POSTAGE PREPAID to Connelly Skis, Inc.
This warranty does not cover: FAILURE OF THE TUBE CAUSED BY OVER INFLATION, TEARS, CUTS OR SNAGS OBTAINED DURING NORMAL USE; USE BY SUMMER CAMP OPERATIONS; ITEMS INVOLVED IN ACCIDENTS AND OTHER UNREASONABLE USES OR IMPROPER STORAGE.
Punctures in the tube can easily be repaired with the patch kit provided. Bright colors may fade and possibly have some discoloration from exposure to the sunlight. This is not covered under warranty.
HO Warranty
The HO Sports Company Inc., product warranties and obligations set forth below are in lieu of any other express warranties or obligations of HO Sports, its distributors or retailers. The warranties and limitations extend only to the original purchaser or to the person for whom originally purchased.
Warranty claims are to be initiated by the dealer who holds the responsibility for selling the product to the consumer. Consumers must return the product to the dealer from whom they purchased the product to make a warranty claim. It is the sole discretion of a dealer to honor the manufacturer warranty for an item they have not sold to a consumer. Under no circumstance should a warranty claim be submitted without a Return Authorization number issued through a dealer. Consumers should not return the product to HO Sports directly.
All shipping costs associated with returning the product to HO Sports will be the responsibility of the party making the warranty claim. Any shipping charges to return the product will be handled by HO Sports and returned in the same manner of shipping as received, i.e. 2-day will be returned 2-day, etc. HO Sports Co. Inc. does not take back returned product for credit. Any unopened product or product returned with no apparent defect will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
HO Sports reserves the right to refuse warranty based on the determination of defects caused by any other factor than manufacturer error. Any product determined to have been taken over jumps, rails, ramps, and other hard objects will be void of any warranty. Products determined to have a manufacturer's defect will be repaired if possible. Should a product be un-repairable, replacement is at the discretion of the HO Sports Warranty Department and would be a product of equal or greater performance.
Under no circumstances should the product be waxed, painted or altered in any form. Clean only with soap and water, rinse thoroughly. Bright colors will fade when subjected to prolonged sunlight exposure. Fading is not covered under warranty; store your ski/board in a bag when not in use. Damage due to misuse, abuse or modification is excluded from warranty, as is normal wear, such as handle dings.
ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - COMPRESSION HARDGOODS
HO Sports will inspect any and all products sent in for warranty for the period of up to one year from the original date of purchase of that product. The warranty period extends to any repaired or replaced items for the duration of the one year from the date of purchase of the original item. Products older than one model year must be accompanied by a customer receipt to verify purchase within one year. Product Defined: Any Water Ski, Wakeboard, Wake Skate, Wake Surf or Kneeboard constructed using the compression molding manufacturing process.
ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - WAKEBOARD & WATERSKI BOOTS & BINDINGS
HO Sports will inspect any and all products sent in for warranty for the period of up to one year from the original date of purchase of that product. The warranty period extends to any repaired or replaced items for the duration of the one year from the date of purchase of the original item. Products older than one model year must be accompanied by a customer receipt to verify purchase within one year. The warranty does not extend to the tearing out of finger holes, pull straps, and laces nor does it extend to normal wear and tear of abrasion of the materials used, or damage due to improper handling, maintenance, modification, use or storage. Product Defined: Wakeboard & Waterski Boots and Bindings.
90 DAYS FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - WOOD PRODUCTS AND EPOXY WAKE SURFBOARDS
HO Sports will inspect any and all products sent in for warranty for the period of up to 90 days from the original date of purchase of that product. The warranty period extends to any repaired or replaced items for the duration of the 90 days from the date of purchase of the original item. Products older than one model year must be accompanied by a customer receipt to verify purchase within one year. Product Defined: Any wakeskate or flex board constructed of predominantly wood materials and epoxy constructed Wake Surf Boards.
ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - SOFTGOODS - ROPES
HO Sports will inspect any and all products sent in for warranty for the period of up to one year from the original date of purchase of that product. The warranty period extends to any repaired or replaced items for the duration of the one year from the date of purchase of the original item. Products older than one model year must be accompanied by a customer receipt to verify purchase within one year. Product Defined: vests, bags, gloves, helmets, and ropes.
INFLATABLES - ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE
HO Sports will inspect any and all products sent in for warranty for the period of up to one year from the original date of purchase of that product. The warranty period extends to any replaced items for the duration of the one year from the date of purchase of the original item. Upon determination of manufacturer defect, a replacement item will be issued at the discretion of HO Sports Warranty Department. Should the product be discontinued or not available indefinitely, a substitute of equal performance will be issued. Products older than one model year must be accompanied by a customer receipt to verify purchase within one year. Model year of Tube can be determined by marking on the Valve Cup using the following table:

For example, a tube from 2006 will read ABBT on the valve cup.
In the circumstance that the only defect is in the bladder of the tube, HO Sports will replace the bladder only. The customer is to verify bladder or cover defect at point of consumer return. For replacement, we will require the defective portion of the tube cut out along with the Valve Cup to verify the year. Product Defined: Products included in this category include all towable inflatables only.
